I sort of do that in my story Fade-Out on Bunker Hill from EQMM, where the character is disoriented and finds it even more disorienting to be lost on a backlot. Back then, if you drove down Santa Monica Boulevard past what is now Century City it was 20th Century-Fox’s backlot. There was a fence but you could see the sets over the fence. Very cool.Paul D.
